See your notes statistics
See how much you write, which folders and tags you use most, and what still needs sorting.
A quick overview of your notes. It shows all-time numbers.
- On iPhone, open the Folders screen and tap “Options”, or tap “Actions” inside a notes list. On Mac and iPad, open “Options”.
- Tap “Notes statistics”.
What you see
- Total notes and total words.
- Your longest note, with “Open note”.
- Notes length: short, medium or long, by reading time.
- Most used folders and tags.
- Most used Ask and Create modes (needs AI access).
- “Organize your notes”: how many are uncategorized, with “Sort out notes”, and what is in the bin.
Good to know
- “Empty bin” empties it right away, with no extra confirmation. See Trash.
