About Brain Dump

Most note-taking apps ask you to decide where a thought belongs before you're even allowed to write it down: pick a notebook, choose a tag, format it correctly. Brain Dump is built around a different order: capture first, organize after. Open the app and start typing immediately, no setup, no menus, no decisions at the moment of capture.

Once a thought is down, the AI tools in the optional Focus plan can search, summarize, and organize everything you've written, so the organizing step happens later, on your own terms, instead of getting in the way of capture.
