Merge notes into one
Combine several notes into a single note, in the order you choose.
Merging is free. Use it to pull scattered thoughts into one place.
- Tap “Select” and tick 2 or more notes. On iPad and Mac, use the context menu “Merge notes...”.
- Tap “Merge”.
- Drag the notes into the order you want.
- Choose whether to turn on “Keep original notes”, then tap “Merge”.
Good to know
- With “Keep original notes” off, the originals move to Trash.
- The new note goes in the first note’s folder.
