Save text from other apps
Send text from any app into a new or existing BrainDump note.
Found something worth keeping? Send it to BrainDump without leaving the app you are in.
- In the other app, tap the Share icon. Or select text, swipe the actions menu and tap “Share...”.
- Choose BrainDump, or tap ... and choose BrainDump.
- Pick a new note or an existing one.
- Tap “Save note”.
On Mac
- Select text or a web link and choose Share > BrainDump.
- Edit the text if you like.
- Choose “New note” and pick a folder, or choose “Add to” and pick a note.
- Click “Save”.
Good to know
- In “New note”, pick a folder first. Without one, nothing is saved.
