Set an alarm on a note
Make a note reminder ring even when Focus or silent mode is on.

- iOS and iPadOS 26+
For things you cannot afford to miss.
- Open a note’s menu and tap “Remind me...”.
- Turn on “Date” and pick the time.
- Turn on “Urgent” (“Alarm”).
- Tap “Save”.
Good to know
- Alarms ring even when a Focus mode is on or the sound is off.
- If alarms are not allowed, tap “Open Settings” to enable them.
