A ten-minute end-of-week review: what actually happened, what worked, and one specific change to carry into next week.

Set a recurring time, Friday afternoon or Sunday evening both work well, and treat it like a standing appointment with yourself
Write the "what actually happened" section first and factually, it's easier to evaluate the week once it's laid out plainly
Limit the "one thing I'll change" to a single item; a long list of changes rarely survives past Monday
Search past weeks in BrainDump before writing a new one, if the same "what didn't work" keeps showing up, that's the actual thing to address
A daily brain dump clears your head in the moment. This is a step back once a week to look at the pattern across several days, more evaluative and less about immediate capture.
Write that down too. "Quiet week, nothing major" is a legitimate entry, and the streak of consistency is more valuable than any single week's content.

Paste this template into BrainDump and start filling it in right away, no folders or formatting to set up first.
